The Florian Companies and its principles have considerable experience with the planning, entitlement, development, construction and management of multifamily, retail, hospitality, office. medical and mixed-use projects from smaller sizes to large complex projects in excess of one hundred million dollars. The Company under certain circumstances has partnered with other firms on a variety of large scale projects. This allows us to be selective, agile, and opportunistic in our ventures. We have market experience and knowledge throughout the southeast including our home market of Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill, NC, as well as, Charlotte, NC, Nashville, TN. Virginia, Washington, DC and Florida.

We excel in our unique ability to deliberately manage the design process by harnessing the talents and resources of the project team's associates achieving the highest and best use of property. Through our collaborative team approach we strive for value added design and understanding of project feasibility from the earliest concepts through the final costs.
